The licence processing fee of $90 and one month's rental is payable at the commencement of the lease, followed by monthly invoices payable in advance on the 1st of the month via direct debit.
Power Charges – Each month, berth holders are allocated a free allowance of 50kWh. Usage in excess of this allowance is currently charged at 20 cents per kWh and invoiced directly to berth holders by Energy Management Professionals (EMP).
Please note that from 16 September 2026, EMP will no longer invoice customers directly. From this date, Seaview Marina will invoice power usage alongside berth rental invoices, at a rate of 36.08 cents per kWh.
All the above charges are GST inclusive.
